The prolific author, Euell Gibbons (1911-1975), is best know for his classic book on edible wild plants, Stalking the Wild Asparagus.  This seminal book opened up for all the US the world of edible wild plants.  His writing includes:

Euell Gibbons is also well known for his series of commercials for Grape Nuts Cereal, here is one of those classic commercials.

Classic commercial featuring Mr. Grape Nuts himself, Euell Gibbsons, pining (excuse the pun) about Grape Nuts. The usual is here, him finding a rather obscure thing to eat, pouring milk from a glass, and his classic "this reminds me of wild hickory nuts!:, All of these are really classic,
